Food and fashion: I blog che seguo

Tutti noi blogger seguiamo altri blogger. Di solito appartengono alla nostra stessa  area, ma non sempre. Io, per esempio, seguo blog di moda ma anche di cucina, e con regolarità. Oggi voglio rendere omaggio a questi blogger che davvero amo!

I fashion blogger che seguo sono tre, e qui ve li presento, anche se li conoscete già.
The Sartorialist: non vi dico niente di nuovo, lo so, è il primo e il migliore, perché nessuno come lui sa catturare lo street style e vedere in anticipo quelle che saranno tendenze nuove, un blogger che davvero potrebbe esser considerato un cool hunter!
Wendy’s Lookbook: Wendy è aggraziata e raffinata come nessuna, e davvero seguirla ha un effetto rasserenante su chi legge. Adoro visitare il suo blog e i suoi canali social, che sono gestiti in maniera assolutamente perfetta e con molta cura e professionalità.
Elisa d’Ospina la conoscete tutti: da modella curvy a giornalista e blogger. Simpatica e brillante oltre che bellissima, dice sempre la sua sul mondo della moda, e lo dice con personalità  e con chiarezza. Adoro confrontarmi con i suoi temi. Spesso presenti argomenti quali attualità e la condizione femminile in Italia.

E ora veniamo ai food blogger! Dopo tre esempi famosissimi a livello nazionale e internazionale, qui le scelte si fanno più istintive e personali. Ne seguo tre, e devo dire che le trovo molto interessanti. Sono tre donne, e che donne!
Marcella Fasciolo, appassionata di food & wine, gira per voi i posti migliori e ve li racconta sul portale World Wine Passion. Di mestiere fa l’avvocato, ma come si racconta, ama “andare alla scoperta delle identità gastronomiche del territorio, visitare botteghe ed enoteche, fare domande e conoscere la storia di un prodotto, la passione e la cultura che il produttore mette nel suo lavoro”. Potete incontrare i migliori prodotti e vini, sul suo blog!
Luisa Ghetti è una chef che collabora con Jean Michel Carasso (Cucinare Lontano), che ho conosciuto per via della mia attività di wedding planner. Grazie alla loro pagina Facebook ho trovato il blog  di Luisa, e da allora la seguo! Le sue ricette sono semplici, tradizionali, a volte con tocchi esotici. sono quelle che forse tutti conosciamo ma che non tutti sappiamo cucinare: il pane fatto in casa, gli strozzapreti, la piadina, ma anche gli chaussons aux pommes, gli spatzle, i dolci con gli azuki…
Paola Rosati è anche un’amica, ve lo dico subito. Ed è davvero speciale, perché nel suo blog, con le sue recensioni, le sue ricette, le sue storie, davvero racconta un mondo, il suo mondo ma anche storie della sua città, della tradizione, sempre in modo molto personale e senza peli sulla lingua! I suoi racconti  sono torte, marmellate, cotognate, e poi ancora visite e vicende dedicate ad agriturismi e a eventi che appartengono a tutti. Paola in realtà non scrive più molto sul blog perché super impegnata nella sua vera professione, che è la musica. Dovete davvero sentire la sua voce…

Food and Fashion: the blogs I follow

All of us who have a blog usually follow other bloggers.
The “other bloggers” usually belong to our same area of interest, but not always. For instance, I follow fashion bloggers, but I also  regularly  follow food bloggers as well. Today I want to honor these bloggers who I really love! Unfortunately some  of these blogs  are  not in English.

The fashion bloggers that I follow are three, and ypu probably already know them.
The Sartorialist: I know that I am not telling you anything new, but for me he’s the first and the best, because no one like him knows how to capture street style and see in advance what new trends will be, a blogger who really could be considered a great cool hunter!
Wendy’s Lookbook: Wendy is graceful and elegant  as no one other, and looking at her blog really has a calming effect on the reader. I love visiting her blog and her social channels, which are managed in an absolutely perfect way, and with great care and professionalism.
Elisa D’Ospina: people from Italy already know her very well, her career starts as a  curvy model to become journalist and blogger. Nice and witty  as well as beautiful, she always says her opinion on the fashion world, and she does this with her briliant personality. I love the confrontations of her  themes and discussions. She often talks about  topics such as current events and the female condition in Italy.

And now we come to the food bloggers! After three very famous names  at national and international level, here my choices here are more instinctive and personal. I follow three food bloggers. They are three women!
Marcella Fasciolo has a passion for food & wine, she finds for you the best places and tells us about them on the portal World Wine Passion. She works as an attorney, but as she tells us, she loves “exploring the gastronomic identity of an area, visit shops and wine bars, ask questions and learn about the history of a product, the passion and the culture that the manufacturer puts into his work “. Luisa Ghetti is a chef who works with Jean Michel Carasso  (Cucinare Lontano), whom I met because of my activity as a  wedding planner. thanks to their Facebook page I found Luisa’s blog, and since then I have been following her! Her recipes are simple, traditional, sometimes with exotic touches. are the ones that we probably all know, but we know that not all of us is able to prepare: the home-made bread, the strozzapreti, the flatbread, but also the chaussons aux pommes, the spatzle, cakes with azuki beans as well!
Paola Rosati is a good friend of mine, I’ll tell you. And her blog is really  special, because with its reviews, recipes, stories, it really tells us of a world, Paola’s world, and you’ll find in it also stories of her city, Rome and its traditions, always in a very personal way! These stories are cakes, jams, pasta, and then again visits and facts  dedicated to farms and historical events that belong to everyone. Paola acyually does not write very much on her  blog because she is super busy in her  true profession, which is music. You really have to hear her voice …
