Ladies for Human Rights: materiali per donne straordinarie

Ospite d’eccezione dell’inaugurazione della mostra a Lecce sarà Kerry Kennedy, presidente del Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights

Annie Lennox, Isabel Allende, Aung San Suu Kyi, Norma Cruz, Audrey Hepburn, Rānia di Giordania, Joan Baez, Lady Diana Spencer, Leimah Gbowee, Giulia Tamaho Leon, Madre Teresa di Calcutta, Elisabeth Taylor, Anna Eleanor Roosvelt, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Caddy Adzuba Furaha, Anna Frank, Maria Montessori e Rita Levi Montalcini.

The Ladies exposure for Human Rights is composed of eighteen portraits of women who have committed themselves with courage in the defense of human rights. Annie Lennox , Isabel Allende, Aung San Suu Kyi , Norma Cruz , Audrey Hepburn, Queen Rania of Jordan , Joan Baez , Lady Diana Spencer , Leimah Gbowee , Julia Tamaho Leon , Mother Teresa of Calcutta, Elizabeth Taylor , Anna Eleanor Roosevelt , Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Caddy Adzuba Furaha , Anne Frank , Maria Montessori and Rita Levi Montalcini .

You may wonder why we talk about it in a blog related to fashion . The answer lies in the materials used in these works : Marcello Reboani chose  reused fabrics and leathers. A strong message of ecology, an expression of how the materials in these works again become alive to the dress not the look , but the personality of these extraordinary women .
